Quand le citron boude l'alu !!
Qui ne s'est jamais retrouvé avec un demi citron non utilisé.... vous en faites quoi ?? Laissez moi deviner.... vous l'emballez bien dans un morceau de papier aluminium et vous le rangez dans votre frigo.
ATTENTION.... GRAVE ERREUR !!
Et oui, le citron n'aime pas l'alu !!
L'aluminium est fortement soupçonné d'être neurotoxique lorsqu'il est en cotact avec des aliments acides.... et notre cher petit citron est acide, donc pour l'emballer boudez le papier alu et préférez lui du cellophane !!
Et pour vos papillotes alors ? ET bien misez sur le papier sulfurisé ;)
Bilan: protégez vos précieux petits neurones en évitant l'association citron (ou autre aliment acide) / papier alu !!
